A Rainbow Meeting
Rainbows are the youngest of the Girlguiding family. Meetings introduce girls to the largest UK Women's organisation.
We hope that during their time in Rainbows they have fun, make new friends and learn new skills and experience The Rainbow's programme which is base on "Jig-Saw: Look-Learn-Laugh-Love" which is put into action through art, interest, chat, outings, games and much more. The girls can take part in 3 Church Parades a year, when they join Brownies, Guides and the Scouts Organisation is meaningful young people-lead Church Services
The Rainbows make their promise when they feel they are ready:
I promise to do my best,
To love my god,
And to be kind and helpful
We feel if we all kept this promise we would be working towards a better world.
Girlguiding is a Girl's only space where, from the age of 5, girls can join for life and experience an organisation in which it can be said that, "Girls are in the lead."
